Episode starts with Saras and Kusum moving in the opposite direction so they don't see eachother. Kusum calls home, DB picks up, she asks her about the noise, kusum tells her that their is party. DB asks her whether she met Pramad. Kusum tells her she's going to meet him in party, DB asks her about Kumud and Kusum tells her about her doubts. They hang up.
Pramad and Kumud are coming downstairs, Kumud isn't paying attention so she slips but Pramad hold her and tells her to be careful or else people will blame him. He reminds her about what she said earlier. Everybody is enjoying the party,Pramad and Kumud arrive and everyone is happy to see them coming together. Kalika is fuming, she leaves from there to check Saras room. Kalika finally finds Kumud's waist band in his bag. She wears it and talks to herself that if he gave her such present she would've hid it from everyone.
Scene shifts to party whereSaras and Kusum come face to face. Kusum is shocked to see Saras there, Alakh introduces him as Naveen Chandra. She tells Saras that my mother likes Kusum alot and Sid is quiet so I suggested her to get her married to you. Kumud is there, she tells Kusum to keep quiet. Kusum greets him as if they just met. Alakh goes on about how Pramad joined them even though he hates parties, Kusum gives a snide comment that my sister can change anyone "no" into "yes" if the other person is not stone hearted. Kalika delivers her message that Buddidhan is calling Saras, she asks Kusum why she's surprised she met Naveen before at their place. Kalika introduces herself, Kusum tells her to get dessert for her.
Scene shifts, Buddidhan is praising Saras for all his effort he put into the preparation. He asks kusum did she like the party, she affirms and comments someone might not feel comfortable with her living here. Buddidhan asks her nobody has trouble with her living here. Kalika comes with the desserts and gives it to kusum, she takes out the waist chain she found and gives it to Kumud infront of everyone, Kumud Kusum and Saras are shocked. Kalika tells everyone she found it in Saras room. Kusum comes forward and protects Kumud by saying that's her, she lost it but she was afraid to tell her anything about it. Saras affirms that he found it outside his room, Kusum taunts Saras that it's better she found her sister's thing. Pramad was listening to all this, he comes and tells her how he wanted her to meet him, he's the savior and protector of our house. Saras controls his temper infront of everyone.
In kitchen, MIL praises Kumud for bringing Pramad in the party. Kumud suggests that he should tell this to Pramad directly. MIL wonders whether Saras ate anything in the party or no. She tells murakhdas to take food for him, Kusum takes the food and tells her that she wants to thank Naveen for bringing Kumud back safely.
In Saras room, Saras is talking to himself what he has to tell kusum. Kusum brings food and taunts him about his name.
Scene shifts to Kumud's room, she comes in her room and finds Pramad drinking. He suggests her to drink some instead of crying all day, she denies. Kumud starts the topic about Saraswati chandra. Pramad is eager to hear everything, he tells her not to worry about him because he won't mind. He even stops drinking for a while to hear her out.
Scene shifts to Saras and kusum, Saras starts talking but Kusum stops him and asks him why he came back. Saras tells her that saraswati chandra didn't come back.
Scene shifts to Kumud and Pramad where Kumud starts talking about Saras and how he got his name from his mother and loved her.
