The episode begins with a worried Vidhi. She thinks about the love the Vadheras have given her and that she cannot hide such a big secret from them.She makes up her mind that she would tell the truth.
The scene shifts back to the hospital. Virat is sleeping.Manvi is thinking whether she should tell him about the musical tour.She also wants to see his success. But at the same time she doesn't want Virat to leave until the baby is born.
Vidhi goes to the Kitchen and finds Jeevika cutting vegetables. Jeevika notices her and asks her if she needs anything. She is about to tell her when sundar irrerupts and tells Vidhi that someone has come to meet her. Vidhi is very worried.
Maanvi on the other hand is talking to god (this is a must watch scene! Manvi was so cute)The people around look a her.She finally see the people staring at her. She asks them if they have any problem with her talking to god. One Woman exlaims that she thinks this girl is mad.
Vidhi and Jeevika go to see who it is. It is Vidhi's mother. Vidhi's Mother wishes her a happy birthday. Jeevika asks Vidhi why she hadn't told them that it was her birthday. She hugs her and wishes her. She tells that she will go and tell everybody.After Jeevika leaves. Vidhi tells her mother that she has to tell them about the truth.Her mother is about to tell her something when all the Vadheras come and wish her "A Happy Birthday" They tell her that they would throw a party for her. Vidhi tells them that she doesn't like parties.Vanshika suggest that they could cut a cake atleast.
Maanvi comes inside her room to find Minty talking chatting with Virat. He praises Virat of his singing abilities. Manvi informs Virat about the music tour.Virat tells Manvi that she could have told him earlier and that he would have cancelled it. He tells her that the baby and his wife are the most important. Maanvi acts like she's feeling dizzy and gets Virat promise that he would go to the musical tour. Monty tells Virat that he can't win his Pizza girl and leaves. VirMan Hug.
Vidhi is seen cutting a cake. SB gives her the bangles(as seen in the precap). Vidhi says she can't take it. She also adds that she has something to tell them. Her mother interrupts her. She tells everyone that Vidhi is allergic to gold.Jeevika calls them to eat.
In the hospital, Manvi is having fun. She asks Virat to give her apple instead of Bananas. Beeji comes in. Manvi asks Virat to give her Mosambi instead of Apple. Manvi final.y decides on the Banana. Beeji asks Virat to go home and bathe. Beeji tells Manvi that she has got her Daal ki Kichdi. Manvi starts showing faces.But the food actually turns out to be Rice,Dhal and Sabzi and Chapathi.
She tells Beeji that she can't eat all and tells Beeji that she would go and give Monty some. Beeji tells her to rest and that she would go and give the food and asks for his room number!
She comes inside Monty's Room but finds nobody. She keeps the food on the Table.She sees a file and takes it. Screen Freezes.
Precap: Viren tells Vidhi that on her Birthday he vows to make sure that there won't be any worries in Vidhi's life. Viren has his hand over Vidhi's and Jeevika comes in.She sees them and gets disappointed. Vidhi and Viren see her and immediately get their hands away.
