Vidhi is crying in her room, and Jeevika goes to meet her. Jeevika tries to talk to her when Vidhi begins to cry and lament about how Vanshika and Viren seem to hate her. Jeevika is at a loss of what to say, when Viren comes in and says that it is not the case. No one hates her.
Virat takes Maanvi to a table laden with a lot of food and calls her Malika-E-Maanvi. Maanvi is pleased and calls him her kaneez and asks him to feed her. Virat calls himself her ghulam and begins to feed her, but she casually brushes it off and eats on her own. She asks Virat if he's told Viren-Jeevika about their patch up, when he says he'll call them right now.
Viren tells Vidhi that none of the Vadheras hate her. He says that living in one house may result in arguments, but it doesn't mean that they hate each other. Same time Maanvi calls and Jeevika goes out to receive the call.
Maanvi-Virat tell Jeevika that they've finally patched up. Virat says that they got back cause of a cockroach, but Maanvi shuts him up and says that they got back cause she was hungry and wanted to eat some pakoras. Jeevika smiles and congratulates the two of them, and asks them not to fight. Virat promises Jeevika and Maanvi that he will only live for the kid and Maanvi, and Maanvi too replies that she won't fight again. Jeevika smiles and they keep the phone.
Viren tells Vidhi that him taking care of Vidhi is his duty, and he doesn't want her to misunderstand him in any way, and if she does so, its her mistake. He asks her not to think of him in such a way else three lives will be turned upside down. Vidhi counters and says that she never thought of him in that way, and says that she feels rather embarrassed regarding this. He then assures her that none of them are mad at her, and that she's given Viren-Jeevika a lot of happiness, and they'll soon get her the same happiness and get her married.
Jeevika enters the room and asks Viren as to why is her little sister still crying, and Vidhi reassures them that she's fine. Jeevika then tells Viren that Virat-Maanvi have patched up and he's happy.
Maanvi and Virat are at the hospital for a check-up, and Maanvi is pleased to meet Dr Bakshi, the doctor who treated her for her cancer. They exchange pleasantries, and the doctor tells them that he's shocked that they've taken the decision of having a kid so fast, since Maanvi's treatment had ended less than a year ago. He then explains that since Maanvi has gone through heavy dosages of chemotherapies and other heavy medicines, her body and cells are extremely weak and not well enough to support a baby. In such a case, if she carries a baby to term, the baby has chances of being born with physical/mental defects, and Maanvi herself is at a risk. He then asks them to opt for an MTP ASAP. Maanvi is confused as to what does an MTP mean, to which Virat explains that it means Medical Termination of Pregnancy; meaning Dr Bakshi was asking them to abort their baby. Both Virat and Maanvi are shocked; Maanvi remembers all the happy moments of her with the family and Virat regarding the baby.
Maanvi goes into a shock, and Virat asks her to pull herself together. Dr Bakshi begins to say something more when Maanvi stands up and thanks him for the information. Dr Bakshi then asks her to take care, and terminate the fetus ASAP, to which Maanvi replies sternly that her baby isn't a fetus. Virat stands and holds her shoulders, and asks both the doctors if there's any other way out, to which both reply that MTP is the only solution.
Viren goes and tells Vanshika that he has tried to explain Vidhi, and he's sure she's understood him, so she needn't worry. He also says that his relationship with Jeevika is very strong and nothing will happen to them, so she needn't worry. Vanshika then asks him to take Jeevika and go out of town for some time. Viren replies that there won't be anyone to take care of Vidhi, when Vanshika replies that Swamini and herself can take care of Vidhi, and he should go out. Viren agrees and decides to talk to Jeevika and thanks her for the amazing idea.
Viren goes to the kitchen where he sees Jeevika making a milkshake with Sundar's help. He quietly asks Sundar to leave and begins to help Jeevika make the milkshake, as she doesn't realise Sundar has left. Viren soon pulls her into his arms and tells her the holiday plan. While she initially disagrees cause she wants to take care of Vidhi, he manages to convince her and she agrees on the condition that they'll call Vidhi on a daily basis and check on her. He's delighted and tells her that they're leaving at night and he goes off to pack.
Virat-Maanvi reach home, and both seem to be in shock. Beeji is laying the table and asks them to freshen up and join them for a meal when Maanvi silently walks inside. Beeji asks Virat as to what is the matter when he tells her that Maanvi and him won't be eating. Beeji is worried and asks if they had a fight, to which Virat replies that nothing of the sort happens, and he excuses himself.
Maanvi is hugging the teddy Virat had given her and remembering what Dr Bakshi had told her regarding the MTP and is trembling with suppressed emotion. Virat comes in and sees her in that state, and asks her to cry and let her emotions out, to which she replies that she doesn't want to be weak, so she won't cry. She then tells him that she's furious and what happened. Virat then picks up a flower vase and goes up to her, and asks her to hit him with the vase, and she'll feel better. After deliberating a while, she takes the vase and smashes it on the ground and bursts out into tears and flings herself onto Virat, clutching onto his shirt and lamenting as to why has this happened with them. He then asks her what does she want, to which she replies that she's a mother, and she can't even think of killing her child. But then again, she doesn't want him to have to bear the added responsibility of bringing up a disabled kid. He then tells her that they WILL bring the kid to the world, whether or not it is disabled. He then asks her as to if their kid was born normal but developed an abnormality later in life due to external factors, would they have killed their kid? In the same way, they'll bring this baby to life and love it and care for it the same way as if it was normal, since no one's perfect. He also adds that miracles happen, and Maanvi's cure was a miracle too, so it is possible that their baby will have a miracle too. Also, the doctor hasn't told them that the baby WILL be born with a deformity, the baby may be born normal for all that matters. Maanvi is overwhelmed and speechless and hugs him again, and tells him that she loves him.
Precap: Virat-Maanvi are in front of Mata Rani and praying for the well being of their child. Maanvi asks for all the pain in the world, and asks Mata Rani to free her child from all the pain, and tells her that this plea of hers has to be answered.

A/N: Amazing amazing episode! Loved how the makers dealt with a concept of Virat-Maanvi accepting a possibly disabled child, plus Nia acted par excellence! The Viren-Jeevika romance was also very cute, something to look out for! Great episode!
