The episode begins with Virat bringing everybody inside the room only to find the doll on the bed. Virat is totally confused. Manvi asks Virat to consult a doctor and tells him that there are better doctors in Chandigarh. Pinky Chachi too tells Virat to see a nice doctor. Beeji asks her to shut up and they all leave.Virat comes towards Manvi and asks her if she did it. Manvi denies doing it.
The scene shifts back to the party. The guys comes and asks Vidhi to dance with him.Vidhi Says she can't.Viren and Jeevika start dancing on Chahoon Main Ya Na. Vidhi is annoyed seeing them dancing. She imagines herself dancing with Viren.(Yuck) The dance ends and everybody claps including Vidhi.
In Hrishikesh, Virat is seen dumping the diapers. He spots Manvi at the door and asks her what she is doing here. Manvi tells Virat that it is her house. The baby starts crying and virat starts searching for the milk bottle. Manvi tells him that she has put it for wash.Virat goes to fetch the bottle. He takes the baby along with him. Manvi goes towards the garbage can, picks it up. She goes out of the house and starts to dump the diapers thinking that Virat will be scolded by Beeji and that Virat will run away to Chandigarh.
Beeji comes in with a stern look and asks Pinky Chachi to call Virat. Virat comes with the baby. She hands out a bouquet to Virat saying it has come for him.Manvi is totally shocked. Virat tells Beeji that he had got it for Manvi. She hands over the bouquet to Manvi. She leaves.Virat comes and tells Manvi that she can't find anything outside. He tells her that he had already seen her dumping the diapers. He shows her the video he has taken. He also blackmails her saying that he would show the video to Beeji. Manvi tries to grab the phone and ends up falling in Virats Arms. They share an eyelock.Virat asks her to take care as she is carrying a baby. He deletes the video in front of her and tells her that she will come with her to Chandigarh. Manvi reminds him that there is only a few hours left.

Everybody turn around. The guys asks her about her husband. He tells Viren that he is doing an awesome job.Viren aks him to shut up.He tries to go close to Vidhi. Viren pushes him aside asking him to stop. He asks Viren about the Kid. Viren tells him that he is proud to say that it is his kid and informs everyone that Vidhi is their surrogate.The party guy apologizes.
In Chandigarh, Dabboo comes to Manvi's room. Manvi is worried and asks Dabboo to do something or Virat would take her back to Chandigarh. Dabboo tells her that he will do something. Dabboo runs into Virat's room and adds something to his Water. He runs out and dashes into Virat. Dabboo cooks up a story. He informs Manvi that he has added "Neem Ki Goli" into Virat's Water.Manvi is shocked and asks him how many goli's he has added.
She rushes to Virat's room and tries to stop him from drinking water. She tells Virat that she wants to eat icecream. Virat does budge. He thinks Manvi is making up a story. Manvi promises him that she really wants to eat ice-cream.
Virat goes to get some when Manvi feels dizzy. He rushes to catch Manvi and takes her to bed. He tries giving her the water. Manvi tries pushing the glass away. Virat aks her to stop behaving like a kid and forces her to drink the water.

Precap:Virat tells Manvi that he is leaving for Chandigarh. Manvi tells him that there is still some time left. Virat tells her that her feelings haven't changed and that's why he is leaving! Manvi wishes him a Happy Journey.
