The costume changing within the act, has been done way before Kushal-Elena, its just it has not been done in a while.

I think Hard Kaur did it on Jhalak, if memory serves me right? I think Shweta Salva and Sandhya Mridul as well.

there was a similar act done by rashmi desai sandhu with siddhesh in zara nach k dikha on song tumhi dekho na and concept was potraying 4 seasons of love
