Papa track….. Despite the improper end of the track, it was one of tracks that had conveyed some depth and worth analysis aspects of characters in D3…. Hence, I'd love to write about it and how it could contribute to the meant character here, Swayam as well as SwaRon….

Since Swaron is a complicated couple who always used to raise our curiosity to know why these things happen to them or why they acting/reacting in surprising way …… If Sharon's reactions were usually questionable, Swayam's love was always a big question mark since their first scene in D3…
I always used to ask why this guy picks that girl among all…. Why it is Sharon? Bearing in mind that he is not that type of guys who is driven by the looks or other shallow objectives… He is a guy who is able to look at what is beneath…. And to be honest, I couldn't see what made him so attached to the Diva…. She had neither done anything positive for him, nor was the person who someone like him usually fills in love with because the mentality is hugely different between the two….

With the entry of Papa, I believe the above question could be answered to a very big extent…. Swayam had an issue with the way Papa used to treat him… he thought, for his dad love is conditional; he has to be like this or behave like that to be loved…. Papa's actions made him to believe so, but being that stubborn kid (like Sharon), he used to not accept this concept of love… he used to challenge his dad by being the way he wants instead of just following his dad's thoughts, become a doll in his hands or hypocrite person….
For Swayam, it was like proving a point to his dad…. That love shouldn't be conditional… when u see love as conditional, u r treating it as a "deal" more than a pure feeling….
What attracted Swayam to Sharon is 2 things, I believe…
First, which most of us know and could realize it since long time, she is a person with strong headed mind, confident and independent who is not to be driven by others, who only do what she believes not what others believe…. Bearing in mind the nature of his father, Swayam needed someone like this… someone strong who can fight for her own rights not someone who knows only crying and can't stand for her beliefs …. In this aspect, she was like an inspiration for him to fight for his individuality and thoughts, someone who motivate his confidence rather than demotivate it….
Second, which become obvious through Papa's track, Swayam always needed to prove his point to himself, to his father, and to the world that real love should be unconditional, is unconditional in nature…. This can explain why he kept loving her despite everything happened…. For him, he loves her simply for the way she is, for her individuality, not because she gave him this or that or she will give him this or that….. his love is not a deal between 2 parties in which each party should give something in return for what he receives…. His love is pure with no calculations, regardless of what she does or feels his love is constant…
The above concept just reminds me of mother's love…. A mother in particular love her child regardless of what he does or feels, hence mother's love is considered the purest and most real love on earth…
This also would explain why he used to tell her not to change, he just doesn't want to be like his dad… he doesn't want her to lose her individuality to match his expectations… coz this also means everything comes from her will be predictable and as per Swayam, "predictable is boring", and he is right….

I can tell the Papa track just added more beauty to SwaRon's story and equation… it did give an important message, something that can affect ur core conceptualization of what love is or how it should be…. However, unfortunately the track ended in a way which deviated completely from this deep treatment of not only the character, but also a major concept in everyone's life…. I'm very disappointed to the way it ended, it felt as the writer was forced to end it in such a way or asap… actually I felt the closure of the track was kind of lame comedy because the way papa was too keen about Rey sounded more like b-romance or something u only see in the lamest shows…
For me, Swayam is the fav character, like Palki, in D3 coz he is not just a character set by the writer to create drama or attract audience through suspense… Swayam was and still always the language that writer is trying through to deliver and communicate her thoughts and perceptions of major aspects of life and human nature…

And I think the main question the writer is trying to ask,… when u love someone because he has given u something or u expecting him to give u something in future, don't u think the love here is becoming more like a deal? …Hence, don't u think there is a lot of similarity between ur love and ur going to the market to buy something?!!... After all, in both cases u give because u r expecting to gain back a value for what u gave… and there is no free lunch in ur life dictionary!!
