Sumit Kaul to come in as Uday Tikekar's replacement in 'JAAN'
Saurabh Tewari's new upcoming show for 'Life OK' titled "Do Dil Ek Jaan" has undergone a slight change with one of the actor Uday Tikekar being replaced with actor Sumit Kaul. Uday who was previously signed to essay the role of a Kashmiri Hindu in the show was unable to be a part of the show due to contractual reasons.
In place of Uday, Sumit who himself is a Kashmiri Pandit will now essay the said role. Sumit has already displayed his acting histrionics in the show "Laagi Tujhse Lagan" where he played a negative character along with actress Aashka Goradia. "Jaan" will have Sumit enacting the character of uncle to the female lead, a powerful man with strong connections.
The shooting of the above mentioned show is already in progress in the beautiful valley of Kashmir. Sumit Kaul will soon be heading to Kashmir to start shooting for his track.
I'm so proud of him. Oh, wait that's Sumit Kaul...well, still something for all of us Sudsamaniacs. Or is that just me?
