So we start with the calm Saras who is outside Ilaben's house and looking at the sad child of hers, sitting alone...Saras starts the prank and sprinkles some water at him...the child laughs and asks Saras asks whether the cow that died was his friend (I kind of like how Saras remembers the cow's name...the child realizes that too..because he warms up with him...) The child says yes and asks Saras whether he is hungry...Saras realizes that he is asking because he himself is hungry...he asks her whether he had not eaten anything...The child tells him that his mother did not make any food yesterday...
The boy asks him to get a mango for him from the tree, but first to make him go round and round. Kumud comes there and see Saras and the boy playing. She feels happy. Saras climbs up a tree to get the mango, Kumud watches this and smiles. Saras struggles on the tree and Kumud enjoys😆
Saras is not able to get the mango. The bacha makes fun of him that he cannot climb a tree then how will he bring another cow for him...(I liked how Saras is not offended at this one...but is genuinely amused at that remark )
Kumud advises him to come down else he will get hurt. Saras stares at Kumud.
The boy notices this and tells him get the mango, and not to stare at his teacher(Kumud).. Saras gets the mangoes for the boy. Ilaben enters and throws the mangoes from the boy's hands and says it is better to die rather than taking help from such stranger because of whom the cow died. Ilaben's mother-in-law enters and blames Ilaben for all what happened. Ilaben asks Kumud to leave and not get into this matter.(Uff Blame game happening...Everybody is so unhappy in this village😆)
Kumud tries to follow her to explain the situation but Saras again takes her hand and stops her hand (For a Sanyasi, he sure is very much into hand catching😛 But I kind of love how he shakes his head..as if he knows that she would understand him,,,,) Kumud looks pointedly at his hand where he had caught hers...he leaves it.
..and Kumud tells him that she doesnot like when somebody prompts her...(Haila...phir se ...tu tu mein mein shuru...Saas bahu se bhi burey hai dono...) Saras gets a bit irritated but tells her that Ilaben is unhappy with him and he will handle the situation...(Love how this shot was taken...framing them in one pic...the walls of Ilaben's house)

Guman has brought a gift for Laxminandan and is bragging it with her sister...her sister is asking Doesn't Laxminandan gets bored of your antics (Dont know about him...We sure get bored🤢) Laxminandan kicks out his sister in law, in a sophisticated way ...
He says he prefers to accept the gift from his wife alone. Didi dear leaves. Laxminandan likes the gift a lot. Ghuman says she has brought things for everyone in Gujarat. She says she has used the money she received from Gujarat. Laxminandan gets furious on her and tells her that she should not have used that money. Ghuman asks why. She asks him the reason and says that she married him and looked after Saras and also gave birth to their child and Laxminandan is hiding something from him.
She tries to emossionally blackmail Laxminandan into telling the truth about the money...🤢🤢
Laxminandan asks Ghuman not to take him wrong.
In Ratnanagri Saras is watching Ilaben and her son making mud pots and they are finding it difficult to do as Ilaben got her hand hurt in the car hit. Saras moves forward to help them but Kumud holds his hand and stops him. (Phir se khinchataani...hands hai ya rope😛) Saras looks pointedly at their joined hands like Kumud did before and she leaves his hand like he did...Kumud says that Ilaben will not take his help. Saras says he will help them and asks Kumud to go away. Kumud says she will help them else they will not get food today also.
This stops Saras...I liked this shot where both of them put aside their differences and both look in the same direction...concerned about the family
Ilaben after trying gets tired and takes her son and goes from there. Saras goes to make mud pots, Kumud follows him. Kumud argues with him and tells that he has not dont Gau Hatya so he should tell this to Ilaben. Saras is moving the wheel vigourously and Kumud tries to convince him...He tells her that Ilaben need not know about how he helped her...Kumud says that they cannot do that...Saras tells them it is for their benefit...Kumud tells him that the y dont have to only act according to Ilaben's benefit but also do the repentence and lies wont help it...(I so like this logical Kumud..she is spot on...she is benevolent..but doesnot lose sight of practicality!!)Saras does not listen to her and pushes her. Kumud falls and hurts herself.
He then rushes to her and holds her hurted hand and blows softly over her hurt elbow...
Kumud tells him to take her help. Saras finally asks Kumud how will she help him, Kumud says I'll see. Saras turns away and shakes his head (this is too good..he so knows the stubborn Kumud..who wont let him do anything alone) Kumud goes away and talks to a potter. She says she will learn to make pots from her Badimaa. Kumud hears the potter and her son talking. His son says he will not go to Vidyachatur's house. Kumud hears this and asks him where is Yash, as he is Yash's friend.
He says he does not know anything. Kumud comes home and Badimaa asks her to have food. Kumud asks Badimaa to teach her how to make mud pots and tells that she is not feeling hungry. Badimaa shouts on her and asks for whom is she fasting, and tells Saras did Gau hatya. Kumud gets angry.
Kumud tells Badimaa that till he is not proved wrong, how can we say he is guilty. Kumud says she has full faith that he is not resposible for Gau Hatya. Kumud says he is bearing the pain for them.
Badimaa says because of Saras, Vidyachatur had to listen from Purohitji. Everyone listen and are tensed. Yash's mother looks on. Badimaa tells Vidyachatur to call Laxminandan and tell him that they are not responsible for Saras from now on. Kumud is shocked.

Vidyachatur says that Kumud has to listen to Badimaa. She says she is ready to bear Badimaa's anger.
