Pakistani Blockbuster drama Humsafar to get on air on Indian Channel
KARACHI: Pakistan's record breaking romantic drama serial "Humsafar" which was aired on Hum TV last year in Pakistan, is now set to be aired on Indian Channel "Rishtey". "Humsafar" is an award winning blockbuster Pakistani drama starring Fawad Afzal Khan, Mahira Khan and Naveen Waqar in lead roles and many other famous stars like Atiqa Odho, Hina Khawaja Bayat, Behroze Sabzwari and Saba Faisal. It was based on Urdu novel by Farhat Ishtiaq of the same name and was directed by Sarmad Sultan Khoosat. The drama received great viewership and became an all-time favorite. For its popularity, the Indian channel "Rishtey" that usually broadcasts dramas of Color TV, will now show "Humsafar" every Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 PM (Indian Standard Time). We really hope that the spell bounding story line, excellent performances and strong screenplay of this super hit Pakistani drama "Humsafar" will capture a huge viewership in India as well.
