Saras father is talking to his associates and they say that Saras has chosen this place for the wing which gives the view of Dubai, where they will provide food to the poor. LaxmiNandan is upset with Saras when he sees him coming. Saras is firm on his decision. Laxminandan is upset that he cannot read Saras's mind just as he could not read his mother's. Saras as usual is upset with the mention of his mother and tells his father that he never tried. Saras tries to inform him about his decision on Kumud, but somehow a phone comes and it is Guman talking to Laxminandan about Saras talking to Kumud, and Saras is upset...(Saras does keep his father squirming na? his silence actually unsettles him so much..he might hate Saras for his ways but then he is equally frightened of him too!)
Kumud's house:
Kumud's mother finds the sister and finds something cooking between the sisters and so she asks kusum to leave and she says that they will talk and come.
She asks Kumud whether she has liked the groom and that her father is very happy about it. Kumud finally looses and breaks down saying that Saras is not at all what he looks like..he is a coward...(I actually didnot relate to this scene much...Kumud was excellent...but why was her mother standing so far...seeing her daughter cry...it is only when Kumud comes to hug her that she actually reacts😕) Kumud laments that her father's dream got shattered. she hugs her mother and says that this marriage will not happen. Her mother says that she has read the letter and she also got the right to say No. She says that he has no right to insult us. she tells Kumud that she should have understood her father and that he would have taken the right decision for her...She remarks that her sister in law was right...Saras is Guman's son and not Laxminandan's (O! Mataji!! Dont you dare say that in front of Saras...he would marry every girl in your family just to prove that he is not😆)
Kumud cries heartbreakingly💔 🥺(Saras...you made such a practical and strong girl cry!!)
Dubai
Saras and Sunny are in the car. Sunny searches for some sites in Rajkot on internet...Saras who is unable to get Kumud out of his mind, takes the ipad from him and searches for Kumud on facebook ...he finds her profile and finds her poetry about 'Aankhmicholi' (Kumud...your privacy settings are so messed up...everyone can read your poetries...and I wonder what did Saras want to see on the profile...Kamar..errr... I mean Ghoonghroo ya juda😛!!!) Saras reads her poetry and is lost in the same..he is intrigued and Sunny the true friend reads his mind and says that he is likely to diveret his Las Vegas plane to Ratnagiri!
Saras enters to Kumud's house alone with his luggage while the song is playing the title song in the background. Kumud feels his presence. The drawing has dried up and lands on her feet!
The servant at the door announces Saraswatichandra hasarrived. everyone is happy to see him. Someone does the tilak. Kumud hides and tries to see him.
Saras and Kumud'mother's s eyes meet...and there seems to be a message passing (This I liked..the way they made eye contact...Saras obviously is enchanted by the mother, he himself is so attached to his own mother..he is obviously seeking that love in her eyes...and Kumud's mother is in a dilemma how to treat the man who looks so honest and decent and yet has broken her daughter's heart!)
Saras identifies them, and he touches their feet...Vidyachatur is obviously happy bt Kumud and her mother are all astonishment (Kumud's expressions!! Fantastic!!! How she wants to hate him...and yet cant stop looking at him!! How she is actually wishing for a glance of him...totally not wanting to belieive when he touches her parents feet!! Like afraid to believe...afraid to trust those eyes and their simplicity again!!!ðŸ˜)
Saras sees the movement and tries to see her but she runs away!
Vidyachatur makes Saras meet Kumud's grandfather and they have a good laugh. He takes his blessings. VidyaChatur's father asks him to give Saras Kumud's room and make few sweets for him to eat. Saras sees a dozen of girls staring at him..he tries to look through them and identify Kumud (Woh tere haath itni jaldi nahi aane wali betaji!! Bohot papad belne padenge abhi toh!).
He hears Kumud's payal sound and closes his eyes (I so like this...the way she is affecting him..he is trying to convince himself that he has come here to tell her no...but no he has come here ...because he HAD to see her...he had to have a glimpse of the woman who just shook his world by showing her back to him (A very gorgeous back that too😉😆) ...
Precap:
Kumud telling Kusum thatshe will never her face to him as he rejected her without seeing her. She then takes tea for him hiding her face.
