Here are some useful tips for reducing fat ...

1. Drink lots of water a day, minimum seven or eight glass.
2. Balance your diet, eat more green vegetables, fruits and avoid junk foods.
3. Do regular exercises daily atleast  30-40 minutes.
4. Drink Green Tea daily as a diet.

Try these important tips and get rid off fat.

For you to lose fat you have to combine exercise and healthy foods. As we all know, losing weight is 70% food and 30% exercise so you really have to watch what your eating and the total calories should be taken in a day.
