it means....ur hindu by religion......but ur punjabi by culture.....which just means.....ur not guju....bengali....marathi....madrasi....etc etc.....ur punjabi....u speak punjabi at home....u eat punjabi food....u have the punjabi culture.....but ur god is hindu....by religion u are hindu....not sikh...
thas a hindu punjabi.....there's also sikh punjabi....there's also pakistani's who are punjabi....but they are muslim.....so they are muslim punjabi's....
i am a hindu.....but there's soooo many types of hindu's around the world....so den i say im punjabi....
all these actors, kareena kapoor, karishma kapoor, juhi chawla, hritik roshan, akshay kumar.....basically all the kumars, kapoors, chopra's, khanna's, etc etc are hindu.....but punjabi.....but ppl like rani, kajol, aish, sushmita...are hindu......but they are bengali.....
do u get it now? it means ur culture is punjabi....but by religion u r hindu....
pulkit is also that.......by religion hindu.....but by culture punjabi.....not sikh....sikh is a religion.....he's hindu punjabi.....
