I do not think that a man like imartis husband should be forgiven. He did not just abondon his wife with three young children. He left her in debt and with no source of income. If imarti was like Suman she would probably just have to kill herself and her kids because she could have never survived.
On top of all this he had the gall to marry again and have three more children. I know this is a soap but I wish in real life they would never let a man like this have children again. He moved on and had the audacity to say that he never had peace in his new life but at least he had a new life. Imarti did not have that option. Guess because of the time constraint it will be a quick forgive and forget.
But at least Suman left without a peep.
