No Zu, Mrs India is like Ms India only. The only difference is the Mrs tag. In Ms India, one has to be unmarried to compete & in Mrs India, one has to be married. But they do wear revealing dresses as in Ms India. I had seen the pagent once. Not sure about swimsuit though.
