Vaise tho bahot dumb characters hai but when it comes to the "most dumb" I agree with Pankhudi but with a change in the order.

1. Sugni (dumbest)

2. Gulabiya (dumber)

3. Adithya (dumb) -- I got Adi at the bottom because, he was successful in fulfilling his lustrous desire of getting married to S and that too portraying himself as "The saviour of the Bedni".
