indian telly. pepsi india is set to unveil a series of commercials to
push its newly-launched lemon cola pepsi aha. all these ads will be
based on what the company calls reality or intrusive advertising.
unlike the campaign for its other brands, the thrust on celebrity endorsement will be secondary to the ad theme. the initial aha's promos will have a common thread in the form of model sudeep sahir, referred to as 'mr jonny.' his function will be to intrude into actual scenarios -– events, promos, shootings, interviews, green rooms –- carrying an aha placard. the first phase of the campaign including stills and print ads, has been built around sahir. the commercials are presently being shot by hta and will be unveiled on the television channels in the coming weeks
