Thanks for the update. I think Suraj after talking to his worldly wise father has concluded that the significance of his taking Sandhya's  parents to the hospital and his getting the pen from her father lies in the fact that he is to be  the vehicle to support Sandhya to complete her  graduation.The IPS dream will follow subsequently. Sandhya's dilemma as  whether to reveal her desire to study has been sorted out by the CVs through Suraj identifying her parents and than going on to have a thought provoking session with his father. The link has been well coordinated and established.My compliments to the writers of DABH.
