Men going to gynecologist

In this show Men don't work rather they go to gynecologist. Isn't it weird i mean if a man accompanies his wife its okay but brothers going for their sister i mean i found it really weird.

I have checked twice he said gynecologist only. Some ppl had doubts thats why i had to watch that scene twice🤢

actually... dont think anything wierd in this. She stays with her brother and he accompanies her when there is no one else.
