Ok now things r a bit clear... she thinks they know about the kid and that her mom did tell the truth...
But then y was she lying.. if she thinks they know the truth, then she shud have gone openly to meet the kid and then realised that something was a miss..
It just shows that changing the intended storyline is not the way to deal with the TRP menace...they should give time to the show to grow and make an impact on the audience! First of all, they made the mistake of choosing the 8 pm slot...then they panicked too soon and changed the plot...such tactics never work because when plot is changed, you lose the initial viewers as well...and new viewers never come on board!
