Part one

"Mama please come back soon" "Beta mama will come back next week" "But mama, I miss you so much" cried mama's prince. "Mama promise that mama will be back before your birthday, please beta try to understand mama. Viren uncle is not here so jeevika aunty need mama for help. Beta beta are you listening?"Manvi tried to explain but her son, prem, wasn't willing to listen any excuses. It was about a week that Manvi went to Mumbai to help Jeevika as jeevika's daughter was sick. "Ok mama. Love you" prem replied with a sad voice then put down the phone before Manvi could reply. He ended the call but he was still holding the phone. Then he kissed it and buried it in his chest "love you mom, miss you so much". A drop of tear rolled down to his cheek from his small dark brown eyes which were exactly like his father. Not only his eyes but he was the carbon-copy of his father with pencil like nose, tall, perfect lips and all other facial features.

"Kya hua, when will your mama come" papa's angel who inherited her aunt(Jeevika)'s fair complexion, her mother's rosy lips, her grandma(Vanshika)'s petite feature, her father's sharp nose and her uncle(Viren)'s black eyes tried to make situation worse with the smile's that her twin-brother gets easily annoyed. She looks like a cute angle. "That's nothing concern with you, you stay with your darling papa" prem added sarcastically. "Hello what's wrong there, usual drama again" As soon as priya heard her father's voice she rushed to him. Then, Virat lifted his angel and made her sit above the table. "So what was today's drama about?" Virat asked his angel peeking at his son who was a bit angry as well as sad. "Papa you know, I think mama won't be back till our birthday so bhaiya is very angry with her" priya explained his father with her cute voice. Virat went near prem "Oye mere hero ka mood kyun off hai , mama nahi hai toe kya hua papa hai na" prem was still not looking at Virat. "Hello mama ka prince" Virat playfully punch at prem's chest. Virat was ready to play boxing and his fists were at the right places. But this time it didn't work. Prem was still sad and didn't reply Virat back. Virat came up with a new idea and started tickling prem. After a few minutes of pain and sadness, prem face lit up with a laughter "Papa bas" prem said laughing with an exhausted voice. "Papa did you forget about your little angel" priya screamed angrily. Putting his finger on his mouth "Uff ' I m really sorry" when Virat said that prem expression suddenly changed and he gave an annoying look at his sister. Virat noticed the change in expression of his son. Virat lifted up his son and made him sit above the table near his sister.

"Why are u two always fighting" he said calmly. "Papa bhaiya always starts first" "No papa priya is lying" then they continued arguing. "Stop it" Virat said loudly. Both of the children were terrified with Virat. Priya's eyes were flooded with tears and she started pouring them down like rain. Virat was in the state of shock; he closed his eyes and thought "what have I done?". When he opened his eyes, Prem was wiping away all the tears from his sister's cheek then a smile appeared on Virat's face and a thought flashed his mind "they are just like us'. They do lots of nok-jokh and as well as love each other unconditionally". "Mama was better than papa, she never scold us" prem added innocently. Virat held his ears "Papa is sorry". But both of them turned away from him. "So, what should papa do?" After awhile "You have to tell us LORI" priya said forgetting all the pain. "Yes papa, since mama went to Mumbai we couldn't sleep nicely coz we were missing mama's Lori" prem added. "But papa doesn't know any lori" "we don't want any excuses" "Give me other task except lori" Priya thought for awhile. Priya got down from the table and held Virat hand and dragged him towards his room. Prem followed them.

When they reached the room, priya opened the drawer and took out Virat's Diary. "Papa, I want this one" Virat snatched the book from priya "it is my private diary beta; even mama doesn't read it" "But papa" "No but". Standing firmly "So I will tell mama about your affair with Mss. Julie" Virat was amazed. "Mss. Julie, your teacher?"Virat asked his angel raising his eyebrows. "Papa I know mama's phone number, should I dial?" prem added terrifying his father. "Oh ' so u two will blackmail your papa" Virat asked innocently. Both at once "Yes". "Why did u say that papa have affair with your teacher" "you smiled at her yesterday" "Ajib hai, smile kiya toe affair hogaya, priya beta" "Pata nahi" she smiled at him. "But papa we want your diary, we want to know about your and mama's love story" prem said begging his papa. "Can you read?" Virat asked suspiciously."What are you saying, we are going to turn 9 years old and if you don't give us u have to tell us lori". Putting his hands up "Papa toe app kay blackmail say daar gaye" then handed his diary to his daughter. "App ko daar na bi chahiyae kyun ki hum mama ka phone number jaan tay hai" Prem gave a quick reply. A smile bloomed in Virat's lips when he heard his son's response.

Then they rushed to their room. They sat on the bed and opened the book.

This story is mainly about Virman.I am not going to write in a typical diary style example i wont be putting dates , I m going to put some conversations but it will be from Virat's POV only. What do you think? Should i write it in a typical diary style? Plz give me your suggestions ...
