I also didn't get it why Khushi is using Raizada's car to follow Shyam, where she always uses public transportation. I think the reason is, the CVs wants to linger the kidnapping track. 

This is the high time that Khushi should tell everything to NK about Shyam including the will paper. So that if any question arise for Khushi's loyalty in future, NK can come for her defense.
