Loool u dont know how pissed off i got.
My PS started messing up and i was like thats it...everytime i was opening the avi it stopped working 4 times!
Oh u baisically select all the layors...n below one of the frames it probs wud say sumfink like 0.03 etc click on the mini arrow next to it and u get some options or click other to choose ur own...make sure all the frames r selected tho
