She felt someone pat her. She instantly rose to see Rhea standing in front of her.

Rhea: "Aap royiye nahi mumma. Main hoon na. Main apne papa jagoongi apne uncle ko."

Priya: "Wo sirf tumhaare uncle nahi hai. Pita hai tumhaare. Aaj tak tum mujhse poochti thin a ki mere papa kaha hai? Wo rahe tumhaare papa. Aaj jo insaan maut se ladh raha hai wo hai tumhaare papa."

Rhea was too stunned to get the news of the man she met being her biological father. She didn't react; all she did was pay attention to her mother who needed her now the most.

Rhea: "Maa. Aap please shant ho jayiye. Main hoon na, aapki strong beti. Main laaoongi papa ko hosh main. Wo apni angel ki baat to nahi taalenge na?"

Priya smiled at her innocence and led her to Ram's room. She left her there and she walked away. It was too much of pain and hurt to see him in this condition. Although she hated him because he never believed her, she still couldn't stop loving him equally. She would do anything to see that he was fine. But then the past catches up with her.

She didn't want to have him back in her life, but because of Rhea she had to accept Ram today. But the other part of her knew how much she had craved for Ram in these past years. And when she is getting it all back due to destiny, she will take it. As she had said earlier,

"They were destined to be together! But the world tore them apart!"

She left the corridor and went where Maa was sitting in the lobby.

Priya: "Maa wo Rhea ne zid ki to main use Ram ke paas chod ke aayi hoon. Maine sahi kiya na?"

Maa: "Bilkul sahi kiya tumne Priya. Akhir wo uski beti hai. Wo sab kuch theek kar degi."

Priya smiled through her tears while she helped herself sleep on Maa's lap. She felt someone pat her. She instantly rose to see a nurse standing in front of her.

Nurse: "Aapke pati ko hosh aa gaya hai."

And with that Priya rushed to Ram's room to see only him there. But Rhea was not to be seen anywhere.

And then she quietly signaled to her that let alone she speaks to her dad! Priya thanked her and went next to Ram! She held his hand in his while she looked up to see him.

Ram: "Aap kaun hai?"

Priya: "Ram mazaak mat kijiyega. Main is waqt bilkul mazaak ke mood main nahi hoon."

Ram: "Jee main mazaak nahi kar raha hoon. Main sach main nahi jaanta ki aap hai kaun?"

That shattered Priya. The man she waited for almost five years, say she doesn't know her. It was heartbreaking for her to hear about it. She left from there, only to be met by the doctor in the room, to tell her,

Doctor: "Shayad sir pe girne ke kaaran, inki yaadash chali gayi hai. Isme wo aur nahi hum kuch kar sakte hai."

What? Did she hear that right? Millions of questions shot through her head. Could it be possible he lost his memory. Were her Bhagwanji playing tricks with her life again?

Priya:  "Main, main..." she stumbled unable to meet him in the eye causing her to miss a glint of mischief in his eye. She abruptly got up wanting to hide herself away from the world. She put her hand on her mouth preventing herself from breaking down in front of him and turned around to dash away from the room when she heard him.

Ram: "Aaj bhi aapne Mr.Tablet Kapoor ko akela chod ke jaana chahti ho kya?" which made her stop right there in her tracks.

Priya turned back too see him and before anything could be spoken, she ran away in his arms only to be crushed. She asked,

Priya: "Aapne soch bhi kaise liya ki aap mere saath iss baat ka mazzak uda sakte hai? Kyun Ram?" She complained before hitting him slightly on his chest.

Ram: "Kyun dar gayi na?"

Priya: "Nahi to kya. Aapne meri saansein rok di aaj."

He left a smirk while lifting her up from his chest.

Ram: "Priya mujhe maaf kardo. Main tadap raha hoon Priya. Jis din se tum mujhe chod ke gaye, us din se mujhe chain nahi hai. Us din se aaj tak ek pal bhi aisa nahi gujra jab maine tumhare baare main nahi socha; tumhari yaad nahi aayi. Ek lamha tumhare bina sadiyon jitna lamba bita hai. Aur aaj mere bhagwaan na meri sun li. Tum laut aayi Priya."

Priya: "Aapko maafi mangne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai Ram. Aapko kya lagta hai ki sirf aapne mujhe yaad kiya, aur mera jo haal tha uska kya Ram? Priya mar sakti hai lekin apne Ram ko kabhi khud se door nahi rakh sakti. Bahut koshish ki maine ki main aapko bhool jaoo; bahut koshish ki main aapke baare main na sochoon; par main haar gayi Ram. Priya apne Ram se ek pal bhi door nahi reh sakti. Yeh 5 saal kaise beetien hain sirf main jaanti hoon. Aapke bina zindagi ka koi astitva nahi Ram. Aapki Peiya haar gayi; aapke saamne; aapke pyaar ne use hara diya."

Saying this she hugged him tight; to again be in his muscular arms and find the peace she was trying to for the past months. Sobbing in his arms; her head perfectly under his chin; she continued;

Priya: "Aap hamari beti se to mil hi chuke hai."

Ram: "Haan. Aur bilkul mujhpe gayi hai. Tumhe pata hai use pastries kitni pasand hai?"

Priya: "Haan jaanti hoon. Wo hamari beti hai Ram!"

Saying this she found her again in his arms. He didn't need to ask her to come back with him to Kapoor Mansion!

All she did was a smile. And He too smiled and caught her in a deep kiss! All she could do now was melt in his arms and submit to the man she loves!
