I think that the mother and daughter cooked this story up.

They brought Kinjal over to the MM house and she will go up to Rashi and say somethings or place her hands on Rashi's eyes and Rashi after a few minutes or seconds will then feel better and remove the bandages and she will be able to see.

Urmila will then announce that Kinjal has a special powers and all and then this is a way for her to make more money out of Kinjal.
