Episode begins with UV reading the headlines in the paper and being shocked. He recalls the incident with Akash and gets frustrated. In the Palace, DS is reading the paper while sitting at the dining table. Brij ask what happened and says "you had a lot of pride on your future planning, but now you must open your eyes". He says this is the truth and if Monu keeps acting like this then the Royal reign will be snatched from them. He wants them to take some strict action and leaves it up to DS to punish Monu or not. DS is left in a pensive state.
Monu is standing by the gate and giving the reporters an interview. A servant comes to her and gives her the phone. It's DS and Monu talks to her sarcastic. DS tells her that her doings are only a cheap, publicity stunt and nothing more. Monu tells her to accept her condition then she'll stop acting like this and DS tells her again that she was not behind Akash's disappearance. Monu cuts the phone and tells the servant to never give her the phone again. DS agrees with Brij and tells that from this day forth MOnu will not be given food nor water and then she'll realize the importance of her family. Komal says that this is injustice and Brij ask Komal if what Monu is doing isn't injustice towards their family. He says DS has thought hard and made this decision and if Mon stays hungry and thirsty then now long will she continue this.
Scene shifts to UV pulling up his car and staring at Monu, but JN comes in between and stares at UV while smirking. JN tells UV that he can't go inside and UV says he doesn't follow other ppl's orders. JN tells him to make it a habit b/c he must obey all her big and small wishes. UV says that he isn't in a good mood and maybe they can talk later. JN says he must have read the paper and hence come running here. She wonders what will happen to him if a police investigation starts on Akash's case. JN toys with him and says he must the rest of the day with her and enjoy it. Her condition is that he must take her on a romantic date. He looks at Monu and then opens the car door and JN gets in. Monu sees UV leaving and runs over and calls for him. Vijay comes there and mocks the situation saying that instead of JN, it could have been her going out with UV. Monu fights back with Vijay tells Monu about DS's punishment. Monu is left thinking.
Monu is standing in the dhoop and sweating. She goes to drink water from the faucet and reporters take pictures. The reporter says that the Royals are so cruel and not giving them food/water. Monu goes over and says that they didn't do anything, but she herself isn't eating their food. She insults the reportes while supporting and defending her family. Prithvi is behind her and listens to everything and tells DS that she was right about Monu. She is strong and determined and loyal. She tells Prithvi she needs more time to transform Monu. Prithvi says that it's hard to pacify the Royal Court b/c of all the stuff Monu is doing now. DS has faith that everything will be okay soon and for now she needs his help. He tells her that to be careful--she might come so close to her destination, but not achieve her goal. He insists that he will help her and tells her to pay close attention to his words.
JN and UV are in a restaurant where UV gives her a rose and calls her a rose. He compliments her and JN is surprised that UV still cares for her taste and likes. She recalls the dance between them when he was persuading not to marry Jagat and recalls their sizzling chemistry. UV ask for a dance and they dance. Then they come back home and JN says that a perfect date doesn't end like this. She leans in close to him--to kiss and he leans in too, but she turns away. She says that to impress her now, he must hard worker. He tells that he can never love her and she gets angry. She gets out of the car and gets Monu that she has some news for her about Akash and UV left in shock.
PRE-CAP: Monu asks the guard why the press left and the guard tells her that they aren't coming back. Monu thinks it's all DS's ploy.
