What is Arnav & Kushi's real surname

Children usually get their surname from their father .

but what about Arnav, he is naniji's daughter's son right.how can he use Raijaida as his surname.He should use his father's surname.but no. I've also noticed, many times arnav talks about his mother, but not about his father why?

In the same way Kushi's surname is from Sashi gupta that is her adopted father. What about her real father's surname/

Why she is not using it/

Can any of u clear this doubt/

I think the answer will reveal the truth behind Aranav and Kushi's past and how they are interconnected.

Arnav's is Malik. It was shown in the first episode when he buys his old home in Lucknow from his chacha... His Chcha had disowned Arnav and Anjali after their parents' deaths and hence these two siblings relinquished the family name and took their Mama's Family name who took them in and raised and supported them all the way thereafter... After Marriage Anjali's Surmname is Jha.

I'm glad he did so. Arnav Singh Raizada has such a ring of power to it! Arnav Singh Malik would be too tame in comparison...

But Khushi's i don't know.

Arnav's surname is Malik (it was mentioned in first epi) ... but Kushi's surname I don't know

As for arnav's surname , it is Malik from his father side. Due to his bitter past he don't want to use his father's surname so he uses his maternal surname Raizada. For kushi the ipkknd team didn't give any info. we have to wait for future episodes.

well this is beside the point but, isn't Kumari just a name? or does it say she is single or smthin?
cz if it was the case she would keep both her 1st n 2nd names and just have a husband's surname..
