I've been ignoring the 'T-' something somethings, but I want to know, what does it mean?

I thought it was the tweet number, but it clearly isn't since he keeps tweeting with 'T 640.'

Can someone enlighten me please?

It's his style. He does the same thing on his blog: each entry has the number in the title (Day 1, Day 2...Day 500...Day 1300, etc). Some people write their journals that way. I guess he uses the same approach for his blog/twitter.
