Mahek is a Norwegian national who was born and brought up in Norway, though her parents are of Indian descent. However, BB site has wrongly stated her nationality as Indian.

The twist here is Sunny Leone who has a similar nationality background - Parents of Indian descent, born & brought up in Canada - has been stated correctly as a Canadian national.

Double standards by BB to influence public votes??????

Mahek has had a Norway flag on her bed all season long! it even says Norge on it...

its well known shes from Norway! 😊

Wow! PB just questioned Mahek's nationality in her tweets and now we have people questioning it in IF. Coincidence much?

So wats d point? Anyways she looks more Indian den many Indian citizens thEmselves nd also she is definately of Indian origins. Nd I suppose der's no criteria in BB show dat u hv 2 be an Indian as dey do hv foreign nationals.

Sid, who always used to taunt Vida about being a non-Indian, again raked up the nationlity issue of Sunny when he commented during his conversation with Mahek that woh America se aayi hai kitchen counter saaf karne ke liye and Mahek was listening actively enjoying this Sunny bashing session and keeping quiet about her own nationality.

Should we viewers sit here and watch as fools or don't we even not have a right to comment ?

Wat hving d flag of ur country always on display is keeping quite abt one's own nationality?

Nd abt Sid talking, did Mahek in anyway encourage him? So if Sid talks abt Vida's nd Sunny's nationalities den how is Mahek 2 be blame?

Any filmsy tit-bit is being used 2 discredit Mahek.
