| Nikkhil Arya plays Rudr in Kesar | Model-turned-actor Nikkhil Arya plays the colourful character of Rudr in the afternoon soap Kesar on Star Plus.
As the husband of Kesar (Nandini Singh), the track had him presumably dead in an aircrash only to be found alive and back in Kesar's life.
Arya has also done music videos like Pankaj Udhas' Kya Mujhse Dosti Karoge and Alisha Chinai's Woh Yaar Mera, among others.

I am forced to because of my mum.
Where were you born and which school did you attend?
I was born and bred in Pune. In fact, my family is there. I just need an excuse to go there, but shooting schedules leave me hardly any time, so it is once a month. I attended Loyola High School in Pune.
For what did you get your first paycheque? And how much?
As a DJ in a Pune club. I was paid Rs 12,500 for it.
What one thing are you really bad at doing?
I just can't tell lies.
What's your favourite smell?
The combination of the natural scent of my woman and me. And there's one more — the smell of sweat when I work out!
Where in Mumbai would you rather be staying?
At Bandra. I presently stay near Lokhandwala, but in the next few months I will shift to my own place in Malad.
What item of clothing do you prefer?
Jeans and t-shirt.

Every role I do is a dream role for me.
