After the leap they show Manav is getting Award in Canada. The time shown was night and it is his wedding anniversary. In India they show Archana getting up and remembering her wedding anniversary. Some how our team forgot the time difference which is at least 10.5 hrs. The evening in Canada means that they are still on day behind from India.
Therefore Manav got award on the night before.
