In the UK, we are behind and I was wondering does anyone know who kidnapped Tilak from the hospital or did he leave on his own.

Actually suhana knew that his life was in danger so with the help of inspector chaudhary she shifted him to a private farmhouse place, and told everyone that he was kidnapped, because she couldn't really trust any1 with tilak's life, only tilak's mom and suhana know where tilak is.
