Report!

 Hello,

I am new here, i am Miss. Payal, I just want to know what does this Report do, is it like if something goes wrong some where, is it like an alert and moderators will come and sort things out there?

If so i think its mean to report firstly even if we report the person being repoted will feel bad, and will moderators be unbiased, i think they have a great responsibility.
