As far as I know by watching this show regularly and reading articles the answer to this question is BIG NO.

Why two babies one boy and one girl is shown??

Simply, cause the sex of the unborn baby is not disclosed yet in the show so how can they show only girl or only boy.

Why is Akshara crying in the promo??

Going by the look of episodes this week. Akshara might have came to know about BM and CD meeting fraud pandit and their whole bakwas story so she might have some fears/concern for her baby or she is sad that these two jokers believed in this nonsense apshagun story.
