Ek aam ghar ki...Khas Ladki... Ankita..!!
Guys.. hope u caught.. the E24 special coverage..of Ankita.. where her life story was shown..! Ankita has given interview..thru out the special coverage..!!
The interview began with Ankita recollecting her childhood.. She said she was very active as a kid.. loved to travel...and have fun all the time...!! When asked about her academics..she said.. she thot .. all superstars are either 10th or 12th pass.. n that academics is useless.. but she did her graduation...and was an average student..!!
She said...she used to perform at the Navratris.. or Ganesh Utsavs...coz she dreamed of being a heroine..! She also said..she din have any formal training in dancing..!! But thot that if she culd dance well...she culd do anything..!!
The coverage said..that Ankitas journey. to superstardom was not an easy one..and behind it is 4yrs of touf struggle..!! They showed pics of her show.. Remote Control... (showed Jay Soni and Ankita in school uniform sitting on a bench) !!
Ankita said...she came to Mumbai.. in search of work.. n simultaneously... worked on the ramp... n did print modelling..!! She said..she tried to do work.. whether big or small.. din matter..since she is a very Satisfied kind of a girl.. who gets happy on small small things as well..!!
Ankita said..that she was getting tired waiting for work.. n had decided to become an Air Hostess...and so was ready to enroll in Frankfin.. her uniform had come as well.. but just a few days before.. she got news of Zee Cine Stars ki Khoj.. n she decided to give it a shot at her parents insistence..!! And there..she managed to win the hearts of Mahesh Manjrekar n Satish Kaushik! But despite of becoming a well known face...she din get any work..!!
Finally one day.. she got a call for audition of Pavitra Rishta..and went there in a simple suit and no makeup..n in a pony n a bindi..!! While all other girls (@200) were all decked up in sarees...she was the odd one out... n in 5 mins after her audition ...she was chosen..!!
The reporter said...n then on began the journey to superstardom.. as Ankita... gave Archana a special identity...n contributed to PRs massive success...!! Also Archana made Ankita a well known name..! Ankita said..she felt proud when Zee TV came to her house.. her society..n her parents were so proud of her..!!
The reporter said..that as they say.. nothing succeeds like success ... Ankita not only got a dream role... that made her successful.. she got a real life sweetheart...who made her life so beautiful...aka.. Sushant.. aka Manav..! The reporter said..that tho Sushita never admitted their love...their love grew leaps n bounds from the show to the Awards functions..! (They played a bg score of.. Jiska Mujhe tha intezar...woh ghadi aa gayi...aa gayi... and showed clips of Sushita at Zee Rishtey Award performances & Remote Control Award one as well)
The reporter said..n finally on 31st Dec 2010... Sushita professed their love.. before E24 and received .. Jodi No. 1 award...!! Later.. the reporter said..that Ankita din stop just at acting.. n decided to hone her dancing skills and hence... joined JDJ... where Sushant openly proposed her..!! It was a dream moment for Ankita.. n all fans of Sushita..!!
Ankita said..she din get time to understand her success..coz she was shooting n only after 1 full year..she realised..that she is so loved and adored..n so famous.. when people started recognising her as Archana!! She said.. .she has not let go of her middle class connect and knows her fans are mainly from middle class families...!!
As a final shot.. she thanked all her fans and said..that... its not like she wont be doing glamorous roles... but said..she will do good roles.. n ensure her fans will be happy with her work.. and sought fans support n love..!! She said..she is ready to experiment as well.. n that even if its a vamps role..she will do... n ensure her performance lives upto the expectation of all her fans..!!!!!!
