Uttara setting the dining table, when SSP comes downstairs and she begins to walk away. He asks her why she's being so formal, and she walks away without saying anything. He's still waiting for her to bring out his food, when in fact, it's Imli that brings it out. Bauji comes right then and asks SSP where Devyani and Vidya are, and SSP says that they'll come soon, that it's in Vidya's best interests to come back. Right then, Devyani comes back, and everyone asks where Vidya is. Devyani says she'll come by tonight. SSP asks if he has to cancel the party, and Sweety comes and SSP says he wanted to give a grand party for his and Devyani's anniversary.
Everyone convinces Devyani to go and rest, and they all leave, and SSP tells Uttara to help him, and Uttara says she'll send someone. [Wow, are we actually seeing a change in her?] Uttara goes to the kitchen, and tells Imli that SSP needs some help with party preparations, and walks away. Priya smiles realizing that Uttara is keeping a distance from her and SSP.
Devyani talking to Vidya's mom, telling her to please understand the situation, that if Vidya is not home that night, then serious problems will arise, especially if the "Badi Bahu" isn't home. Vidya's mom tells her that she'll take care of the situation, and Devyani is really grateful. Gaurav standing in the background asks how Vidya is, and Devyani asks why it matters to him and begins to walk away. Gaurav says that even though he might not love her like a husband, he still cares for her. Devyani tells him that Vidya hasn't told anyone about his truth so far, and so the homosexuality should be kept a secret.
SSP calls RD and tells her about his and Devyani's party for their anniversary. RD asks about the Gaurav-Karan business venture, what's going on, and SSP says that it was all Karan's idea, and RD questions his motives. And SSP says it was the two of them. Karan comes then and gets mad at his mom asking if she doesn't trust him, what was the need to question him. RD says that she trusts him, but not the rest of the world.
SSP enters Uttara's room sneakily, and says to her that he has to say something to her, that he was the one that told her to stay away, but it's becoming dificult for him to do so. And he asks her why she's not saying anything, and the woman comes from behind the cupbard and it's Priya! SSP is stunned 🤣🤣
He asks her what she's doing, and Priya says that that's what she should be asking him, why will he never change? That if he continues this, then she'll have to interfere, but it was good that she was here and not Uttara. SSP says that Priya's probably the one that's responsible for Uttara not coming near him. And that Priya can't stop SSP, and I'll prove it to you tonight. Priya iis disgusted, as she mentions that it's his anniversary, and that she won't let him do anytihng. He advances towards her, and pushes her on the bed, and tells her that whoever he wants, he will get it. And walks away, leaving Priya tearing up.
Devyani telling Bauji to get ready, and he insists that he won't be going. Devyani tries to plead with him, and he asks since when has she gained any happiness from this marriage that he should celebrate? Devyani insists that SSP is changing, and Bauji says that she might fall into his traps, but he won't. Right then, Priya comes and tells Devyani she wants to talk to her.
Priya pulls Devyani away and right as she begins to say something to her, SSP comes right then with a ton of presents and thanks Priya for bringing Devyani out. And she's overwhelmed with happiness. SSP stares at Priya, thinking WIN. 😡 And then he hugs her. Priya and Bauji disturbed bby this, and Uttara has a flash of her moments with SSP.
Devyani tells Gaurav to hurry and come to the party as soon as Vidya gets there. And Gaurav is seen waiting for her, after everyone else already leaves, when the car comes back, without Vidya. Gaurav goes back inside and calls Vidya's house, and she picks it up.
