Part 54

Geet came down stairs calling dev.

Geet: dev...whom r u talking with?

Dev: nahi bas dadi se..

Geet: wow u have a dadi!!!!!

Dev: tum aisa kyun puch rahiho?

Geet: wo kya hai na...mujhe bachpan se ek dadi chahiyeh tha par mujhe dadi nahi hai...iseliye...dev mein ek baath puchun?

Dev: haan geet bolo

Geet: will ur dadi like me?

Dev: wo kaise baath hai geet she will like u

Geet(excitedly): really

Dev: haan

Geet: to mein ek baar baath kar sakhti hoon kya?

Dev: ummm...

Geet: dev dev plz dev

Dev: ok

Geet: wow chalo phone karo

Dev: haan...par ab nahi

Geet: kyun?

Dev: kyun...kyun...haan kyun ki dadi thoda busy hai she said she will call herself later...ok

Geet: umm ok

Dev: geet u r forgetting we should go to movie na.

Geet: haan haan challo.

Dev: did u call pari?

Geet: haan she will meet at the theater.

Dev: ok then lets go.

Geet and dev went out of mansion to the movie.

 

 

Evening :7.30pm

Maan entered the cabin and straight away went to his room. He changed into his night suit that is tracks and vest with a casual shirt. He came downstairs and sat at the dinner table calling for nakul.

Maan: nakul

Nakul came hurriedly from the kitchen.

Nakul: ji saab

Maan: nakul serve the dinner.

Nakul: ji

Nakul turned to leave but was again stopped by maan.

Maan: nakul geet ko bulavo

Nakul: saab madam ghar par nahi hai

Maan: nahi hai? Where did she go?

Nakul: sir madam went to movie with dev sir.

Maan: that's morning na

Nakul: haan saab but they dint return till now.

Maan: what??...but..

Maan was interrupted by the loud laughs that spread over the hall. He turned his head to find geet entering in with dev and they are laughing their heads out. Maan felt a pain in his heart seeing them like that

Hmm...I must say not pain dude that's called j...J...jealous...ha ha😆

Geet: bas bas bas dev I cant laugh anymore stop it.

Dev: nahi geet u must listen totally...wo tab meera ne...

Geet: bas dev bas plz

Maan adjusted his trout inorder to get their attention. Geet and dev stopped laughing and looked at maan.

Dev: bro aap agaya!!

Maan: dev is it the time to return home? Where r u from morning?

Geet: maan we went to movie.

Maan: geet I m talking to dev not u.

Geet stopped and stood their silently.

Dev: bro wo...wo...we went to movie

Dev looked at geet asking her to help whispered "geet help me na...only u can handle bro plz plz..."

Maan: will movie take this much time?

Geet:maan aap bhi na...kya aap ko nahi pata movie will take only 3 hrs.

Maan: geet tum chup raho I m not joking

Geet: even I m not joking maan...I swear movie will take only 3 hrs. hain na dev.

Dev: haan babhi

Maan: DEV

Geet: maan chillayiyeh math agar aap ko pata nahi to kal hum dono movie dekhne javunge teekai.

Maan: geet I m not asking that...I m asking

Geet: haan bolo what r u asking...

Maan: I m asking...

Geet: haan bolo.

Maan: geet will u let me talk...

Mean while geet signaled dev to leave and dev slowly sneaked from there.

Geet: maan when did I said u not to talk.

Maan: if u give chance then na I will speak

Geet: u r saying as if I m stopping u from talking by kissing u.

Geet said without thinking and when they both realized what she spoke then both went silent and geet turned around embarrassed by her words and ran away from there mouthing "sorry"

Maan looked at her leaving and stood there for few minutes. He left to his room smiling thinking about her sentence.

Part 55

Later at dinner table, maan and geet sat opposite to each other while dev sat beside geet. Maan and geet sat in silence and dev felt weird.

Dev: geet kuch hua kya?

Geet: KYA?

Geet thought dev is talking about the kiss and shouted in shock.

Uff geet tum bhi na...even now u r thinking about that kiss ha? Omg ab bas bhi karo yaar...poor dev.

Maan looked at them as geet shouted.

Dev: geet y r u shouting?

Geet: what did u ask?

Dev: I asked did bro shouted at u?

Geet: oh...ohhh...

Before dev can say anything maan interrupted.

Maan: kyun geet what did u think he asked u

Geet: huh!!! Ku...kuch...kuch nahi.

Geet turned totally red by his question.

Dev(st): I m sure some thing is definitely wrong. What happened to them.

Before maan or dev can ask further question geet changed the topic.

Geet: ahh dev what about tomorrow?

Dev: what about tomorrow????

Dev asked confusingly.

Geet: arey dev plan. Aaj movie hogaya na...so kal ka plan kya hai?

Dev: hmmm...I will show u the city...how is that?

Geet:yes

Maan: no.

Maan and geet both spoke at a time. Both dev and geet stared at maan.

Geet: maan whats ur problem? Why r u saying no to everything I say.

Maan: geet its not good for u to roam outside for some days.

Geet: maan I m not a kid now stop this.

Maan :GEET

Geet: maan tum...

Dev saw that the situation is turning seriously and tried to ease the situation.

Dev: geet may be bro is right why to take risk?

Geet: I m getting bored sitting at home dev

Maan: teekai from now where ever u want to go I will take u ok?

Dev is shocked lisening to this and geet is so happy.

Geet: really?

Maan : hmm

Dev thought 'am I listening right? Bro saying this? Omg...OMG...this must reach dadi...'

They all had their dinner and went back to their respective rooms.

After almost an hour maan heard some noises from some room. He kept his laptop beside and went out his room in search of the noise. When he came out of the room he observed that the noises are coming from the downstairs.

He went down and walked towards the room at the garden side. He entered a room.

It is a large room which has a opening towards the garden with French doors and had a piano at the middle of the room. He saw that the French door are kept open and some one is playing the piano...well not really playing just typing on the keys giving horrible sounds.

 Maan went near and saw geet trying all the keys to get them sound good.

Maan: geet tum yaha kya kar rahi ho?

Geet looked up and kept a cute baby face and said.

Geet: maan dekho na I m not getting this.

Maan smiled.

Maan: hatto.

Geet: kya?

Maan: hatto geet.

Geet moved from there and maan took the seat infront of piano.

Geet said excitedly :maan u know how to play?

Maan: hmm

Geet: wow...so will u teach me.

Maan: ok.

Geet: start na maan what are u waiting for?

Maan smiled again and played his finger on the piano giving out a wonderful sound.

Geet: wow

Maan smiled as he said.

Maan: geet if u want me to play this then u should join me

Geet: maan I dunno how to play na

Maan: not to play this.

Geet: then

Maan: sing with me.

He played his fingers on the piano and stared the song.

Geet smiled and started to sing.

Maan: Not bad, ab yeh suno

Geet: Piyu bole piya bole kya yeh bole jaanu na

Maan : Piyu bole piya bole kya yeh bole jaanu na

Geet got up from the piano and twirled around the room and returned back to maan and sat beside him to side and kept her head back leaning on to maan's shoulders resting her head on maan's shouders.

 

Geet: Ek nadi se maine poochha itla ke chaldi kahan

Door tere peekha ghar hai balkhaake chaldi kahan

She turned towards maan kept her chin on maan's shoulder and sang swinging her head in rhythm to music.

Thoda woh ghabraayi thoda sa sharmaayi

Ujhli yahaan se wahaan

Saagar se milne ka uska jo sapna tha meri hi tarah piya

She again got up from there and stood beside him keeping her hands folded and leaning on the piano.

Jiya dole hole hole kyon yeh dole jaanu na

Maan :Piyu bole piya bole kya yeh bole jaanu na

Jiya dole hole hole kyon yeh dole jaanu na

Geet ran out into the garden and twirled around and finally halted at entrence of garden from room leaning on to the door looking at maan.

 

Maan : Maine poocha ek ghata se itra ke chaldi kahan

Pyaas ki bari zameen hai barson bhi tarsao na

 

She smiled looking at maan and maan is lost in her smile.

 

Thoda woh gurraayi thoda sa tharraayi

Gajhri yahaan se wahaan

Preet rootha thi phir cham cham woh barsi hi teri tarah piya

She came running to maan and bent against the keys trying to watch them and learn. Maan saw her expression and took her hands and started to play the keys with her fingers as they both sang in union.

 

Maan and geet : Piyu bole piya bole kya yeh bole jaanu na

Jiya dole hole hole kyon yeh dole jaanu na

Piyu bole piya bole kya yeh bole jaanu na

Jiya dole hole hole kyon yeh dole jaanu na

Piyu bole piya bole jaanu na

They smiled at each other as the song finished and geet hugged maan from back in excitement while maan still sitting on the bench.

Geet: wow maan that was awesome.

 

Unknown to both that they are not only the people present in the room...there is some one else.
