Sometimes the beginning of new things always marks the end of old things! Something of this sort is going to take place on Imagine TV too. As the channel is gearing up with its Grand Swayamvar, Season 3 with Ratan Rajput as the bride, we have heard that "Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2" might get axed.
The channel officials want the show to go on air in the 8-9PM time slot from May 30. They have taken this decision because they don't want the 9-10PM slot as it is occupied by newly launched shows, "Beend Banoonga Ghodi Chadhunga" and "Luteri Dulhan". Owing to this it's KMH-2 that will have to act as the scapegoat.
As per a source, "The channel has apparently decided to end "Kitani Mohabbat Hai - 2". As for the other show to go off air, the toss is between "Gunaho ka Devta" and "Pardes Mein Mila Koi Apna". Considering that there is more coming in the story line of GKD, there is a possibility of the show surviving the test. However, if this happens, Pardes might shut shop with GKD getting a shift in time".
Though the channel is still tight lipped at this but the fans are certainly not happy. Imagine's TRP owes a lot to the fascinating love track showcased between Arjun (Karan Kundra) and Arohi (Kritika Kamra), the lead protagonists of KMH-2.
If the show ends at this point of time it is certainly going to be a big loss for the channel. Let's see if Ekta Kapoor, who's the producer of KMH-2 finds out a better solution.
