Yoo!Hoo! Kicked successfully another shaadi proposal out the door!I'm free! Finally out of weeks of black depression!
So what's the best way to celebrate other than to wax eloquent endlessly about my only Sweetheart Patil Saab /Prabhu Ayya!❤️😍
Besides caught the the most fantabulously shot track of LTL:The Return Of Damodar Papaji on Polimer.So here's a week's worth of "Aval Orr Thodarkathai" aka our beloved LTL...

This was the week that the biggest blooper of the entire show was enacted.The same where Prabhu is revealed to be Nachiar Amma's adopted son for the first time, a fact which he is unaware of.We are meant to be shocked but we are not actually now are we?😆 Coz it was shown in Prabhu's entry scene itself that he is not NA's real son.And now Amma is in dire straits coz Prabhu's real father is here to claim his flesh & blood.😲

Episode begins with Prabhu Ayya hopping mad in the huge PN Hall blasting away Babji & his men for allowing such a massive breach of security.Papaji had royally & brazenly entered his domain, embraced him & put a locket around his nech & waltzed out with an army of guards looking on. Prabhu is dressed in that golden kurta & is glowing like an other worldly being.Haye!gusse mein bhi itni ada.Felt like grabbing him & giving him a fierce"Muah"!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our great Suds suggests they go check the CCTV footages & then comes on that droolicious march of Prabhu on the DSP BG score to the monitor room with his men following him.Haye!"Thanga magan indru Singham nadai pottu arugil arugil vandhaan,rendu puram patri eriyum mezhugaaha mangai urugi nindraal!"😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Meanwhile my Athamma (Saasu Maa) is busy spiriting away the CCTV footage CDs which she carries away before Prabhu's arrival & burns them in the yard behind PN.Prabhu is beyond rage at the sight of the empty monitor room & starts breaking the furniture of the room.😍 He is so mad at Babji that he badly wants to claw out his eyes.He has some choice words for his lil bro which made me very sad but then he had some for Suds too which restored my good mood.😆

Amma is frantically having a private bonfire even burning her hand in the process which our SuperSpy Sujji notices.Instead of quietly making herself scarce she decides to scare the living daylights out of the old lady by planting herself smack in front of her & glaring at her accusingly with those huge cat eyes.She demands an explanation but Amma orders her to shut it & flees from there.😆

Back in Prabhu's room the nikamme BG's arrive & Prabhu throws them a scathing look.Mishal was so fabulous here.The way his rage shifts from Babji & Suds to the BGs & the acid taunt is a treat to watch.👏 They inform him of the fire in the yard & all rush out.Prabhu sees the burning CDs is filled with more anger but manages to retrive two recordings which happen to be that day's footage.Back in his office he plays them & all hell breaks loose.He watches his dear mother being threatened at gunpoint by the unknown intruder.Since there is no audio to the recordings he has no clue about what actually went down between Amma & Papaji.

The entire Patil Clan along with the Mahales & the BGs is gathered in the PN Hall.What follows is one of the many fabulously enacted scenes by that powerhouse talent Mishal⭐️.Hundreds of posts have been posted about his eyes, expressions & voice yet we are still as enthralled by his performance as the first time it was aired.Prabhu is like a wounded lion & is furiously pacing around.Babji unfortunately becomes the pit where Prabhu spews his volcanic wrath.😭Prabhu openly questions his eptitude & Babji wishes the earth would part & swallow him right then. It was painful to watch him squirm pitifully under Prabhu's blazing glare.But the best is yet to come.Mishal & Swatiji shared a never before seen Mother-Son chemistry & this is the best scene in the entire LTL for me.
He profusely apologises for putting her in harm's way & enquires about her confrontation with the enemy.He is thoroughly amazed & confused when she tries to downplay the incident and puts it down to fear.Which in turn enrages him more.That a fellow entered & threatened his own mom right under his nose has shamed him beyond imagination.
This reflects the depth of love Prabhu has for his mother.Heart goes out to Amma too as she grapples with the fear of the imminent revelation of Prabhu's parentage.A lump forms in our throats when Prabhu pleads with his mother not to shield the enemy & to trust him.He then notices Roops absence & is thoroughly alarmed.He begins to scream out her name & is suresomething has happened to her.Of course our dear Roops is getting her act together after a massive hangover.🤢His anger has reached epic heights & as final act of frustration he points a gun on Babji's temple & snarls that his lil sis better be fine.Babji's expression is like,"Please shoot!I want nothing more than that".😭 Roops then makes an appearance & relief floods Prabhu's angelic face.Here too Mishal gives an brilliant performance as a terrified brother & his concern brings tears to the eyes.She then reveals that Babji was taking care of her as she wasn't feeling well & hence could not prevent the security breach.He was not at fault in the entire fiasco & Prabhu feels like his face has just been slapped. He turns towards his beloved friend & just when we thought it wasn't possible his contrition brings more tears to our eyes.😭😭😭 He begs forgiveness from his mate. He orders everyone to prepare for the coming battle & walks out of there like man with the weight of the world on his shoulders.

What an episode!⭐️Must watch!Fantbulous! Karan Johar must have been blind as a bat when he was casting for Agneepath.That role was just written for Mishal Raheja.Its our collective loss that he missed out on such a platinum opportunity.😭

A word here for the dubbing artist for Prabhu & the Tamil dialogue writer.Standing ovation! Fabulous job👏👏👏. The dub artist has completely understood the complex character of DSP & really goes to length to match up to the intensity & depth of emotions that
this character undergoes.It is evident in the way his voice captures the mix of rage & disappointment Prabhu expresses at Babji & then later when he pleads with his mother in pure frustration to reveal the reason of her shielding of the PN intruder. A Tamil male's voice catches in a peculiar way towards the end of the sentence which spoken loudly & in great anguish.This happens only when the person is going through great emotional upheavel.This was one of the most turmoil filled period for DSP & this man is so spot on to portray the same that his voice takes on that special hue in many places during the confrontation with his mother. And then the dialogue writer .There was time when I used to cringe watching dubbed serials or movies.But here every dialogue is like it was written for the original.This shows the efforts taken to understand the story & characters instead of simply translating the lines.

zuby i must say this was one of the best shot episodes showing dutta's array of emotions and you have made me feel like i am watching it again😳

dutta's absolute dismay over the fact that someone could so daringly enter his heavily guarded fort probably sowing a slight fear in his own mind

his rage over how his trusted lieutenent could let him down

his anguish and bewilderment over how his mother had been subjected to threatens by a total stranger under his very nose

finally his remorse at having ever doubted his trusted friend

MR just rose to the occassion and brought out each and every emotion beautifully👏 and you are bang on that it is a shame that this power house talent is not being given its due by the small and big screen😭😭😭

I am happy the voice of the tamil dubbing artist is well modulated to suit MR😳 otherwise it would have been disastrous😆😆

LOL they want you coz your ancestors belong to the same village. That is funny. During my parents time it was so easy all my grandparents saw was both of them were capable of earning since they were doctors and hence it was a good match. One of my dad's friend he is in the IFS and so when they were looking for a girl for him all they did was look at the list of the IFS officers and saw if there was any sikh girl and they both got married. I mean it wasn't about money or anything it was just about profession and religion nothing else. Now toh we have to be thin, fair, have a good education, and a good job. Too much work to do just to get married nowadays. On top of that too much dowry. Sometimes I really wonder is marriage really worth it???
