kabir becomes a road side vendor😔......nearby few people r playing cards and dey ask a young boy to play wid dem.......game starts and dose people cheat wid dat boy in game and he loses...kabir raises his voice and tells d boy abt cheating.........dere is a scuffle b/w dose men and kabir-dat boy.........and den dese 2 boys walk along.......
B.O.D. meeting where new chairman is giving speech ........later on 1 person (sorry dont know who he was) tries to flatter new chairman and dey join dere hands wid sum evil intentions.....😡
Merchant mansion grand ma makes adi sit on d MM's chair and declares him as D MAN OF D HOUSE......praises him 4 his achievements in school and assures dat he scores perfect grades to get admission in LONDON college..........devika pleads grandma to get adi's studies done in sum college of bombay but gradma pays no heed.......

college people talking abt boxing competition and ARM participating in it against professional boxer TJ..........coach is shown training ARM(viraf's entry).....a guy comes and tells dem not to participate but ARM asks coach abt weakness of TJ which is impatience and he asks his frnd to bet money on TJ.........
RINGSIDE.......gals r questioning 1 of dere frnd dat will she go out on date wid ARM........match starts........
ROUND1&2.....ARM lost......
ROUND3...initially adi was down but later fights back and wins..........👏👏

kabir and dat boy(i guess ajay name) give Rs5000 for a room but dat guy wants 2000 more........kabir wants his Rs 5000 back but again fight starts......kabir stands firm on his decision to get money back and gets thrashing everytime.......and d scene splits ....one side its hurt ARM but as winner on d other hand hurt kabir but as loser......
