It depends on where you have uploaded ur video to post it in a post on india-forum...

1) For Youtube Videos, USE this format:
[YOUTUBE] insertyoutubelink [/YOUTUBE]

No spaces....

2) For Adobe Flash which is swf format use this:

Adobe Flash
3)For other links such as dailymotion or zshare -- You just insert the link, using this icon " in the edit post box.
