Set in a fast paced thriller format, Khotey Sikkey will see a bunch of urban kids with special yet twisted talents fight modern day social crimes with the help of an honest cop.
The show mirrors 21st century society which is plagued with urban crimes like drunk driving , drug abuse, violent street fights, and hacking among others .What makes the situation worse is complete ignorance on the part of the cops to understand the mindset of the present generation and the affluent set who are the culprits of urban crime. As a result, with each passing day, crimes get more random and uncontrollable till an honest Senior Inspector Damodar Deshmukh vows to do something about it. He gets an opportunity when five urban kids with criminal records land up in his lock up and he starts his fight against crime.

Senior Inspector Damodar Deshmukh (Played by Vikas Kumar): 'Frustrated Honest Cop' would be an ideal way to describe Senior Inspector Deshmukh. Rude and brisk in his speech, he is one of the few loyal cops in the police force. He usually works round the clock to solve cases; due to which it seems that he doesn't even have a life outside the police station!
Hameer Tanveer (Played by Purush Chibber): Armed with a degree in Economics, Hameer is the heir of a pharmaceutical company; however, he does not pay any attention to the business. Instead, he is a Compulsive Gambler & is a 'cool dude' who can impress anyone, including girls! Another unique side of Hameer is that he is the kind of person who will step in to stop a fight or an argument.
Mohit Kishinchandani (Played by Hasan Zaidi): Loner, athletic, introvert, loyal, expert driver and carries himself with a complete rugged, sporty look – This is Mohit Kishinchandani. Mohit is trying to quit alcohol since he is plagued by the guilt of being responsible of his girlfriend's condition who is in coma after meeting with an accident because of his drunken driving.
Ayush Khetarpal (Played by Mark Parikh): Ayush is a total Geek, Tech savvy, gadget freak and a hard core football fan. However, he lacks confidence around women constantly & gets easily bullied by Hameer. He is not the kind of person who believes in mud-wrestling or fist-fighting. As far as his personal style is concerned, Ayush is usually seen in flip flops, shorts, cut offs, t-shirts, checked shirts & sling bag.
Uttara Bakshi (Played by Sukhmini Sadhana): An aspiring model, Uttara Bakshi is a stunner and has the ability of keeping men on her fingers. A keen observer of human nature, she dons a stylish personality. Her family comprises of only her superstar brother – Vivan Bakshi, with whom she has an uneasy relationship. She possesses a lot of angst and aggression & had to fend for herself and therefore have done things she's not very proud of. She has seen the good life, but its seamier side. Since she has never known any real family other than her brother, she is unaware of the various ways of investing in a relationship.
Dilnaz Shroff (Played by Dilkush): Crazy, erratic, reckless, thrill seeker, adventurous, sports junkie and a hard core lover of guns and bikes. Dilnaz Shroff projects an out of the box personality, is the most fearless and enthusiastic amongst all. She used to be seriously involved with drugs and has no real anguish in life. Dilnaz enjoys sports such as paragliding, windsurfing & white water rafting. Her favorite line is 'What's the plan?'
