I think maan has feelings for her but does not realise them yet.

 Maan stealing glances at geet and thinks she is beautiful even when is crying, means that he does love her.😳😳  Phew I am glad that he realised it.

 

Geet give him some signal so he can tell you that he loves you.😭  Geet how could you say to maan that he only came to see if she is alive or dead,😡  if only you know how he feels about you.😊
