Jisne uske masoom mann ko chala (the one who decieved her innocent heart)

Woh chhaliya, bas ek patthar dil tha.(that deciever was stone hearted)

this could also mean, the person whom she loves was not worth it and is a stone

Insaan ban patthar, ghaat lagakar hai baitha

man becomes a stone to wait for opportunity

meaning man is a stone hearted opporunist

Jo chota chube nayan me

youknow the very fine stone particles that which if they enter your eye irritate them and make you cry... this line talks about it.

small one pierces your eye, making you cry
