My guess is that, may be it was Abhay who had informed him😳😳

But i think its Abhay cause😳😳, Arnab, was so sure, that Pia was not guilty😳😳, even we too knew, that, nothing had happened btw Pia- Abhay😳😳
But, it was Arnab😳, who told that, ask frm Abhay too👍🏼, who is equally, wrong, in it, if Pia is guilty😃😃,
