She doesn't die?  I'm gutted!  I thought she turned good and that was her fair well speech to Dev.  Oh well, she had me believing her!  I must say that the actress who plays naintara is very good.  I still remember her playing a very sweet innocent role in the serial 'parivaar'.......she played that role very well and she plays a vamp incredibly well too.
