Okay when I come back home tomorrow I'll type up my own personal message and also combine it with you guys and we'll send it to whoever it needs to be sent to. I agree its urgent. Just tell anyone else who wants to write a message to do it ASAP. [A reminder I'm a day earlier than everyone else I think, so time difference plays a part in all this - so just make sure by tomorrow I have the messages]
