Gajendra singh

I have been a great fan of saregamapa from the begining,when Gajendra singh who actually made the show so big was directing it,the show was great and had a lot of class.He also put drama in his show but it never looked bad or overdone,this year inspite of great singers their extra activities is given more importance,there is less emphasis on their singing.Wonder is it the same saregamapa we used to watch with so much interest?Bring back Gajendra singh,the show is a damp suib without him and that is because of the unneccesary drama on the show,it just ruins the show.We want to see some real singing on the show,the level of singing is soo good on chote ustaad and the judges and guests are great too.It was so good to see that thry called guests like Hansraj Hans,Master saleem,Shaan,Shankar Mahadevan and Asha Bhosle who are genuinly talented people.Nothing should take over music for trps.The chota bachchas are singing better on chote ustaad and that is because they have a great teacher in sonu nigam and RFAK and there is less drama.They are not crying or getting frozen.Saregama needs to pull up its socks before it becomes too fake like a hindi serial.

Gajendra Singh is the guy producer-diirector who brought SRGM and P as well as Antakshari shows to all of us viewers...A great program with awesome talent...But in 2005 his greed took over and he brought TRP, Voting and regionalism into the show simply to make money...Ofcourse he is a business dude and is into making money...Rest is history...

@nonu123...i totally agree.....chote ustaad rocks......it is definitely rocking cause of the kids and especially meri jaan.....sonu nigam ji..... and also rahat ji.......who are your faves....mine are rishabh, shyam and moon....ahsan is also very good....i wish saregamapa would pull up there socks.....cause it does have potential to be a better show as there are some great singers this season....

Let us wait and watch if he continues in the same vein in his future shows too😊

Unless he keeps those parents away he will not succeed.
