Jogi repented her crime and wanted to surrender but Damini, whos guilt he was stop her. so dont compare Jogi and Tapu, who never repent. as concern to the other criminals go scot free, but they r still a criminal and those who know it doesn't sympathized with thm. for common people they r still criminal.

I had always wanted that Tapu find a good and true friend to help her through her troubles and instill some new good values into her! Someone she will trust and share her pains with😊
