FV starts by saying that it's said that when a lie is constantly hammered into one as the truth, a point in time comes when it seems to be true. This is the case w/ Sandhya. Everybody is trying to convince her that all her instincts & senses are wrong, which she is unwilling to believe. But she can't figure out whether her instincts & senses are right, or her hubby.
Yuvraj gets out of bed, and Sandhya calls him. He tells her that he thought that she was asleep, but she tells him that she couldn't sleep @ all @ night, since she was blaming herself for not identifying him correctly. She makes wild guesses and ends up hurting others. She tells him that he was right, and that her 6th sense wasn't infallable. She too can guess people wrongly, and she needlessly spoilt his mood. Saying this, she starts crying and apologizes to him, but Yuvi consoles her. He too apologizes to her for scolding her, and promises not to do it again. They hug
Savita asks a passerby for Chinchauri signal, and he tells her she's right there. She looks across the street and sees her friend Anand Pawar. He tells her to wait a minute, since his boss is there. The boss is arguing w/ a motorist, and calls Anand to impound his vehicle, since he's w/o a license.
Savita looks @ him & recognizes him as Inspector Bhosle, who was investigating her father's murder. She goes up to him and re-introduces herself, and asks him how is he there - a few days ago, Jayesh went to the police station, and found out that he had been stationed elsewhere. Bhosle tells her that he was investigating her dad's murder, and suddenly, he was transfered to the traffic department. Savita is shocked to hear this, and tells him that he hadn't found out anything about her dad's killer, and Bhosle tells her that nobody probably will, since that case has been closed. Savita asks him whether the new inspector won't take over from there, and Bhosle tells her that he'd have to be told to, but the instructions came from above, the case got closed and he got transfered. Savita asks why, & Bhosle tells her that someone doesn't want her dad's killer to be revealed, and that someone has ministerial level connections. Savita is stunned to hear this.
Bhosle tells her that he'll pray that her father's killer gets discovered & caught. Savita wonders why someone would want her father's murder covered up, since he was such a simple person (Probably b'cos they murdered him?)
Pankaj is in Yuvraj's room, sprays himself w/ Yuvraj's cologne and then sits down to read a newspaper. Sandhya comes to the door, then turns right around, knocks on the opposite door, and then turns back again and goes into the room. Neeraj opens the opposite door, but sees that Sandhya is already in Yuvraj's room. Sandhya goes up to the table where Pankaj is reading the paper, and asks Yuvi why is she sitting alone? Pankaj asks her what brought her here, and why is she looking for Yuvraj here? Sandhya is surprised to hear this and says this is her room, but Pankaj denies it and claims it is his. Neeraj sees this and is shocked. Pankaj tells Sandhya that her room is down the hall in the opposite corridor. Sandhya points out the sofa exactly where it is, and identifies the bathroom and other things in her room correctly, but Pankaj tells her that several rooms have similar layouts but the decorations are different. He tells her that since she can't see, she's not getting it right, and it would take her some time to get this straight. He offers to take Sandhya to her room, and seeing Neeraj, signals him to be silent. As they pass Neeraj, Sandhya asks Pankaj whether that wasn't Neeraj's room on her left, and Pankaj denies it, while Neeraj looks horrified.
Neeraj goes into his room and is disgusted w/ himself for tolerating such behavior, and that too w/ Sandhya. He sees a framed photo of himself and Yuvraj, and throws it to the floor, shattering it. (Burn that photo, Neeraj, or at least Yuvraj's part of it!!!)
In the living room, poor Sandhya is sitting alone on a sofa, wondering how that room could be Pankaj uncle's, and how is she getting so many things wrong, when Suni chachi arrives there. She calls Sandhya, and asks her if she's bored. Sandhya says no, Suni chachi, and then asks her who she is to confirm it. Suni chachi tells her that she ided her correctly, so why is she asking? Sandhya tells her that she's been making quite a number of mistakes the last few days, like identifying Pankaj uncle as Yuvraj, and walking into another corridor thinking it's her room. She tells Suni chachi that from where she is, the stairs are here, the corridor is there and her room is there. Suni chachi tells her that she got it right, so who told her that her judgement has gone wrong? Sandhya says everybody - Yuvraj, Pankaj, even her MIL. Suni chachi realizes that Sandhya is supposed to think that, so she tells Sandhya that if that's what they're saying, it must be true, since they wouldn't lie to her, and since this is a new place for her, not to take this to heart. She then offers to take Sandhya to her room, but Sandhya wants to try it out herself, since that's the only way she can get things right - by getting them wrong first. She leaves
Suni chachi turns around and as usual, DK is standing right there. She tells him that he scared her, and DK tells her that it doesn't seem like there is such a thing as fear left in her, or else, she wouldn't have dared talk to Sandhya alone. Suni chachi protests that she didn't do anything, and DK warns her against even thinking about it, b'cos whatever she did @ Yuvraj's wedding was enough for the family to date. He demands to know what she told Sandhya, and she tells him that she said nothing. He tells her that seeing Sandhya normal, it looks like she didn't tell her anything wrong, but if she dares tell Sandhya anything about this family, he won't leave her fit to say anything further. He tells her that aside from her kitchen work, she seems to have time to gossip, so from today, in addition to the kitchen, all the work in the haveli is to be done by her, and that too w/o any help from the servants. So from today, only focus on her work, and not on spreading any rumors (What a prince - competes w/ Rohit & his dad for hubby of the year)
Jayesh is shocked to hear that the investigation has been closed. Savita tells him that it's been done @ the behest of some bigshots. She says that her father dedicated his life to educating kids - why would any bigshot target him? Jayesh too wonders who could be behind not just the murder, but also getting the inspector transfered? Savita decides to call Sakshi and discuss this w/ her, and see if Aditya & Sakshi might be able to do something.
Neeraj walks into Purushottam's room, and tells him that he has a strange question, which he is very hesitant to ask. Yuvi's dad tells him to go ahead and ask that freely, and Neeraj asks him how exactly Sandhya's dad was murdered?
The expression on Yuvi's dad was a sight to behold! He turns away from Neeraj, and Neeraj panics and tries to explain to him that he's so confused by events around him that he thought that he'd come & ask. Yuvi's dad asks him whether Neeraj thinks that he was the one who killed Sandhya's dad? Neeraj apologizes to him profusely for even bringing it up, and promises not to ask the question again, and leaves.
FV concludes by saying that someone had rightly said that hide what one might, the deepest thoughts in one's mind can't be forever hidden. It surfaces in the expression on one's face sooner or later.
I just wish Sandhya could get herself secretly cured of her blindness, but knowing the truth, just play along pretending to be blind and actually seeing what everybody is trying to do under the assumption that she's blind. That would be a sight to behold.
However, looks like the focus is drawing on again on the murder - both Neeraj's questions, as well as the revealation to Savita that the investigation had been closed. I think that all the sisters, including Sandhya, will be asked to enlist the help of their families, and for Sandhya, that would mean asking Neeraj & Suni chachi as well, which was part of what was shown in the promo.
