Here is how I make it
Ingredients: For 6-8 Serving
1 8oz Sour Cream
1 Can cream of mushroom soup (campbell)
1 8oz bag of shredded cheese (don't use cheddar if you are vegetarian or muslim 'coz I heard it's not halal and has pork content)
1 small red or green bell pepper (finelly chopped)
8oz shredded chicken (boneless boiled with 1tsp garlic paste), if vegetarian add additional mushroom or finely chopeed spinach
Chillie flakes to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbs oil
Recipe:
Saute boiled shredded chicken in a sauce pan with 1 tbs oil, add salt and chillie flakes, saute for about 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from the pan, add 1 tbs oil and saute bell pepper for five minutes.
Add sour cream, mushroom soup and little salt
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add shredded cheese and cook until all the cheese is melted
Add the chicken and cook until sauce thickens to your liking
